Our lenses are built on tinted-lens technology studied by vision science and neuroscience researchers, examining how specific light wavelengths measurably affect brain activity, arousal, and mood — using EEG, heart-rate, and skin-conductance testing.
Honu takes that research out of the lab and puts it on your face. Each lens in the kit is tuned to a different, independently studied effect — so the lens you reach for depends entirely on the state you're trying to get into.
This is not a medical device and makes no clinical or diagnostic claims. Effects are drawn from published neurophysiological research on tinted lens exposure — not from claims specific to any Honu product.
